The Opening Reception on April 19th at 6:00pm kicked off with an hour long fashion of trash show starting with children then the adults showed off their recycled trash outfits. The organizers were in the fashion show, and you could feel their passion for art. There was then a community art piece created right there with big rolls of paper wrapped around all those who attended the show. Finally the doors opened to the show around 7, and light poo poos were provided by Whole Foods one of the sponsors. The show is eclectic to say the very least, and the creativity in the pieces selected is admirable. I am looking forward to working the show on the 1st to get a better look for sure.

Matt andCristina will be working the show Wednesday, May 1st, 10-2. Show will go from April 19th to May 11th from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. daily. 101 pieces of art were selected for this years show. Check out the list of selected art.
